Job Title: Graphic Designer – Online Sales
Industry: Graphic Design; Internet/Online/New Media
Job Location: New York, NY
Job Description: Clear Channel is looking for a graphic designer to produce visual solutions for the communication needs of advertisers using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Must be able to work on simultaneous multiple projects, be self-motivated and well organized. This is a deadline driven position with fast turnaround needed for RFP materials for our New York cluster.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position possesses:
• Imaginative flair, a broad design aesthetic, awareness of current trends in advertising
• Familiarity with our 5 radio station properties
• Proficiency in: HTML, JavaScript, Action Script 2+3, CSS using: Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Proficiency in PHP and MySql is a plus
• Experience with advertisers and advertising campaigns both in traditional and non-traditional online advertising units
• An online portfolio submitted with resume
• Excellent aesthetic design skills and information visualization skills
• Familiarity with market design trends in entertainment media sites
• The ability to translate conceptual ideas into interaction and design solutions appropriate for any or all of the 5 New York stations
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
Career Level: Mid Career, 2+ years experience
